It is an incredibly smooth, almost creamy, triple-distilled, triple blend whiskey that has been aged in ex-bourbon and sherry casks giving the whiskey unmatched complexity. The whiskey is a little sweet with a bit of spice and has caramel aromatics. It is the perfect base for Lake Effect’s Irish Old Fashioned.
